Should you be unhappy with your purchase, we always offer a full-no quibble refund.*  If you wish to return items then please contact us at sales@ehdltd.co.uk and we will supply you with a return code and details of the return address.  Goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving them and they must be in a saleable condition.

Unfortunately we can not offer refunds on certain items: personalised products, downloadable items or used items.
