Refunds/Exchanges:

We want you to be extremely happy with your purchases because we know how scarce money can be in schools!  In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are more than happy to offer a no-quibble refund or exchange. Just email us on sales@ehdltd.co.uk and let us know which items you will be returning-we will then email you a refund code that you'll need to pop on the parcel so that once it arrives, we can amend any invoices or make any necessary refunds.  

Terms and Conditions:

Goods must be returned in a saleable condition.  They must be returned within seven days of being received.  It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the goods reach us and you must cover the expense of this postage, unless your original product was deemed 'faulty'.  Refunds or exchanges are not available for personal or bespoke goods such as personalised school posters.
